A Twitter user has dished out one of the most-controversial tweets about relationships on Ghana Twitter this week.
And this has generated a confusing discussion on the responsibilities of men in relationships and marriages.
For centuries, men have been made heads of families and relationships, and responsible for providing food, shelter, clothes, and security for women.
However, over the past few years, the conversation about men’s responsibilities in relationships has taken a new turn.
The new conversation steers towards the contribution of women in relationships and marriages.
Many men argue that since the rise of feminism, women should be able to share responsibilities equally with men.
It is now believed that what men can do, women can do better.
But a tweet by a female Twitter user, with the handle ‘AlumBaeOfficial’, has generated a lot of tweets and retweets.
According to the user, men should continue to bear the cost of everything in relationships because women give them their bodies.
She said men should be responsible for all the bills as long as women give them their bodies.
She added that women should forget social media ‘wokeness’ and bill the men.
“Again, any man you give your body to should be responsible for all your bills! Forget all this social media wokeness,” she tweeted.

You can guest the reactions – the majority of people who commented were against her advice.
“When a Lady is a Ritual Ingredients for Yahoo Boys. . You will know them by their Words,” a user said.
